Referral-Only Network
    Founding Tech Cohort
    Built in Elkhart, IN

    Keep What You Earn.

Built by an Elkhart RV and powersports salesman who spent years watching dealerships pocket the labor while customers waited three weeks. Here, you keep what you earn. Toy Tech takes a small platform fee per completed job — that's it. No monthly fees. No subscription.

Founding Tech Cohort — Limited Spots

We're hand-picking the first [N] techs into the network. Join as a founding tech and keep more of what you earn for your first 90 days — Toy Tech takes a reduced platform fee during your launch window. Founding techs also get priority job routing and visibility long after launch.

This is NOT an open marketplace

Every technician on our platform is either personally vetted by our team, or referred by an approved technician already on the platform.

    Common Questions

    Tech FAQ

    How do I get paid?

Customers pay through the platform. Once a job is marked complete and the customer signs off, your share is released to your Stripe Connect account. Most techs see funds within a few business days.

    What's the platform fee?

Toy Tech takes a small platform fee per completed job — [TBD]% of the job total. Founding cohort techs pay a reduced rate for their first 90 days, so you keep even more of what you earn during launch. No monthly fees, no subscription, no charges if you don't work.

Do I have to take every job?

No. Jobs are offered, not assigned. Browse the job feed, accept what fits your schedule and skill set, and pass on what doesn't. You set your own service area and travel radius.

What if a customer disputes a charge?

We back you up. Every job goes through a structured booking flow with photo updates and customer approvals before charges, which prevents most disputes. If one happens, our team mediates and protects you when the work was done right.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. You're an independent contractor — you should carry general liability coverage appropriate for the work you do. We'll point you toward common providers other techs use, but the policy is in your name.

Can I work part-time or on the side?

Absolutely. Plenty of techs run this alongside a shop job, retirement work, or another business. You set your hours, area, and which jobs you take.
