SIMPLE, TRANSPARENT PROCESS

    HOW IT WORKS

Pick the problem. Book a tech. Approve every charge.

    1

    Tell Us What's Wrong

Select your RV or trailer, pick from common issues like "engine won't start" or "AC not working," and add any details. It takes about 2 minutes.

    2

    Get Matched & Dispatched

We match your request to a verified technician in your area and send them a private offer. You get confirmation once a tech accepts and is on their way.

    3

    Chat With Your Tech

Message your technician directly to discuss details, ask questions, and share photos. Schedule a time that works for both of you.

    4

    Track Progress Live

Your tech sends photo updates as work is completed. Follow along with a real-time status timeline so you always know where things stand.

    5

    Pay Securely & Review

Pay through the platform when the job is done — no cash, no surprise charges. Then leave a review to help other RV and trailer owners.

    WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

    Every Tech is Vetted

Referral-approved and reviewed by real customers before joining the platform.

    Fast Turnaround

Most bookings are matched and dispatched within hours. No waiting days for a shop callback.

    Honest Reviews

Every review comes from a verified completed job — no fake ratings, no paid reviews.

    One Clear Final Invoice

Service call, labor, parts, fees, discounts, and tax are itemized after the work is complete.

    $135

    Service Call Fee

No deposit, card hold, arrival charge, or advance payment for standard service

The $135 service-call fee is separate from diagnostic and repair labor. Labor is billed at $145 per hour. The fee covers dispatch and travel and is not credited toward labor, parts, or repairs.

    Service-call fee includes:

    • Dispatching a technician
    • Travel to your location
    • Written quote before any repair begins

    Not included:

    • ✕Diagnostic or repair labor ($145 per hour)
    • ✕Repair work or parts (itemized separately)
    • ✕Parts sourcing or ordering
    • ✕Return trip for parts installation (itemized on the final invoice — see two-visit jobs below)

Diagnostic time is labor billed at $145 per hour. Your technician will explain what they're seeing and provide a clear price before repair work continues.

    2x

    Repairs That Need Parts

Diagnose first, install once parts arrive — no surprise visits, no surprise charges.

Some repairs — like AC replacements, awnings, water heaters, or specialty appliances — can't be finished in a single visit because the parts have to be ordered. When that happens, your job runs in two visits and you'll see exactly where it stands at every step.

    1. 1

      Diagnose & Document

Your tech identifies the problem and records the parts, labor, and any return-trip charge.

    2. 2

      Order Parts

Your tech coordinates the parts order. For unusually expensive parts, an admin may send a separate custom payment request before ordering.

    3. 3

      Install & Invoice

Once parts arrive, your tech schedules the return visit, completes the work, and one itemized final invoice is sent.

Single-visit jobs (no parts to order) skip this entirely — your tech finishes the work the same day.

    How Pre-Purchase Inspections Work

Starting at $319 (travel included) · report within 24–48 hrs

    1

    Submit Your Vehicle Details

Tell us the year, make, model, and location of the unit you're considering. Choose an inspection level — Basic, Standard, or Comprehensive — based on your budget and risk tolerance.

    2

    A Tech Reviews & Quotes

An available technician near the vehicle's location reviews your request and submits a price quote. You'll see the technician's name, certifications, and proposed price before committing to anything.

    3

    Review & Pay

Our team reviews the quote and sends you a secure payment link. You approve the price before any work is scheduled. Starting at $319 for most trailers, $499 for motorhomes — travel is always included.

    4

    Tech Performs the Inspection

Your technician travels to the vehicle's location and performs a thorough on-site inspection (2–5 hours). They test every accessible system and photograph every key area — roof, electrical, plumbing, appliances, tires, and more.

    5

    Receive Your Report

Within 24–48 hours you receive a detailed photo-backed report with a clear Buy / Caution / Avoid recommendation and itemized repair cost estimates. Know exactly what you're buying — before you sign anything.

Best for: out-of-state purchases, private-seller deals, first-time buyers, or any unit $15k+.
