Most customers receive a same-day callback for phone consultations during office hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM ET). For in-person service calls and inspections, same-day or next-day availability is common depending on technician demand and your location.

The $135 service-call fee is separate from diagnostic and repair labor. Labor is billed at $145 per hour. The fee covers dispatch and travel and is not credited toward labor, parts, or repairs.

A pre-purchase inspection is when a qualified technician physically looks over a boat or RV before you buy it. They check for hidden problems, wear and tear, and anything that could cost you money down the road — so you know exactly what you're getting before you hand over any cash.

Once a technician is assigned, you'll receive real-time updates including: Technician Assigned → Technician En Route → Job In Progress → Job Completed. Updates are delivered by SMS and email.

After you submit your request and complete payment, a technician will call you directly. During the call, they will ask a few quick questions about your issue, help diagnose the problem, and give you guidance on next steps — no in-person visit needed.

If your technician is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible. We work to keep all appointments on time, but delays can occasionally occur due to prior jobs or traffic. You will never be left without an update.
